Meet Dr. Jamil Al-Qudsi

By the grace of Allah Almighty, I obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Aleppo University in Syria. After that, and by the grace of Allah Almighty, I completed two years specializing in Internal Medicine, which helped me acquire a better and more developed scientific research methodology, especially with our training during the program on all forms of scientific studies, their presentation, analysis, and refutation.

Through a massive research project spanning over fifty thousand pages, the foundations of nutritional science in the Quran were discovered in 2000, a promising research that could change the face of medicine in the world.

Discovering the laws of balance (Al-Mizan) that weigh and measure the functions of creatures.

And Allah Almighty has blessed us with a massive research project of over 50,000 pages, which is the research into the foundations of nutritional science in the Holy Quran. This research discovers a set of laws upon which Allah Almighty established the heavens and the earth, "Al-Mizan" (The Balance). It investigates understanding these Quranic laws, which are the standard that measures the balance and the functions of everything in the universe, such that exceeding the limits of these laws is considered transgression. "And the heaven He raised and set the balance (7) That you may not transgress [due measure] in the balance (8)" – Surah Ar-Rahman. These laws, within their limits, also exist in the human body and in what a person eats and feeds upon: "Eat from the good things with which We have provided you and do not transgress therein, lest My anger descend upon you. And he upon whom My anger descends has certainly fallen. (81) But indeed, I am Forgiving to whoever repents, believes, and does righteousness, and then is guided. (82)" – Surah Taha. What is astonishing is that the body and the functions of its organs and the laws by which they operate are perfectly in harmony with the same laws present in the entire universe. The laws that govern the body's systems, organs, tissues, and cells are the same as those in the universe, and Allah Almighty named them "Ayat" (signs) in the Quran: "We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness? (53)" – Surah Fussilat. We also find them on earth and in the creatures on earth and the functions they perform: "And on the earth are signs for those of assured faith, (20) And in yourselves. Then will you not see? (21)" – Surah Adh-Dhariyat.

Man is the only creature capable of violating the laws of the balance and causing corruption. All creatures submit to Allah Almighty through their obedience and submission to Him by following these laws and performing their functions within the bounds of these laws without exceeding them or transgressing their limits and committing oppression: "Do they seek other than the religion of Allah, while to Him have submitted [in Islam] whoever is in the heavens and earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned? (83)" – Surah Al-Imran. However, man possesses the ability to violate these laws and breach their limits in varying degrees and frequencies, which causes varying degrees of loss of efficiency first, then loss of function and effectiveness, and finally entering into degrees of corruption and transgression: "Corruption has appeared on land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return. (41)" – Surah Ar-Rum. Indeed, man commits evil against himself by violating the laws of the balance and exceeding its limits at all levels: "And whatever strikes you of disaster – it is for what your hands have earned; and He pardons much. (30)" – Surah Ash-Shura. Therefore, all divine messages were to remind people of these laws, the balance, and the limits of Allah, which achieve the highest effectiveness and best efficiency when man operates within their limits and does not transgress them: "We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidence and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. (25)" – Surah Al-Hadid. Therefore, Allah Almighty commanded us to follow this balance and its laws and to submit to it as creatures have submitted by following these laws and not violating them: "And the heaven He raised and set the balance (7) That you may not transgress [due measure] in the balance (8)" – Surah Ar-Rahman, and His saying: "Do they seek other than the religion of Allah, while to Him have submitted [in Islam] whoever is in the heavens and earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned? (83)" – Surah Al-Imran.

Violating the limits of the laws of balance in the body is a disaster that triggers chronic diseases, and reforming these laws according to the verses of the Quran restores health and healing.

These laws, by which the body and all creatures operate, were our key in the Al-Mizan Nutritional System to understand diseases and how man harms himself by violating these laws and the resulting imbalances and diseases. Therefore, in the Al-Mizan Nutritional System, we refer to the Quran to deduce the lifestyles mentioned by Allah Almighty and indicated for all humanity to apply.

And what is astonishing is that the application of these dietary patterns in the type of food, its quantities, repetitions, the order of its entry into the body, the ideal timing for its entry into the body, and the number of meals deduced from the Quran, as well as the sleep and wake patterns mentioned in the Quran – all of this, in an amazing way, was a means to rectify the imbalance in the balance and its laws at the level of organs and systems, and to significantly heal and improve the health of these people. "Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward (9)" – Surah Al-Isra. We have recorded a large number of cases of healing and improvement in an astonishing number of chronic diseases for which there is no cure in modern medicine.

The manufacturing of Al-Mizan Nutritional products is an industry that emerged entirely from Quranic principles.

The Al-Mizan Nutritional program also relies on advanced manufacturing techniques designed to preserve all the elements of the plant after processing, just as they were at the moment of harvesting. This is achieved by implementing the ISO 22000/2018 quality system from farm to table. Furthermore, the Al-Mizan Nutritional program focuses on providing foods mentioned in the Holy Quran in a comprehensive dietary plan, specifically regarding the types mentioned by name, their quantities and frequencies as stated in the Quran, as well as their consumption times corresponding to prayer times, and the order of their intake into the body relative to each other (which comes first, second, third, and so on).

I presented many parts of this research at international conferences in which I participated as foundations for a new science that was established and discovered by the grace and blessing of Allah through me. This was at a large number of conferences, perhaps the most famous of which, where I presented the main session, was the "Treatment by the Quran between Medicine and Religion" conference, as well as the "Aging" conference and the "First Arab Conference on Alternative Medicine." This great research, which has benefited hundreds of thousands of people, had to be served in a magnificent way worthy of its name.

So Allah Almighty blessed us with the establishment of Dr. Jamil Al-Qudsi Group, which includes 13 companies and three factories for healthy food industries that fully produce herbal extracts.

Each herb contains water-soluble substances known as aqueous extracts, and also oil-soluble substances called oily extracts. We have preserved the oily herbal extracts, extracted in a way that preserves their components, within natural virgin olive oil. Similarly, we have preserved the aqueous herbal extracts, extracted in a way that preserves their components, within natural virgin apple cider vinegar. Vinegar is mentioned by the name "sakar" (intoxicant/sweet drink) "And from the fruits of the palm trees and grapevines you take therefrom an intoxicant and good provision. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who reason. (67)" – Surah An-Nahl. As for herbs, they are mentioned in the Holy Quran by the name "Rayhan," which refers to every fragrant plant, and it includes our well-known herbs such as chamomile, rosemary, lavender, thyme, sage, and others. We have produced these products with the highest possible quality, by the grace of Allah, to be worthy of the name they represent.

We exerted the highest level of effort possible in their manufacture, by the grace and success of Allah, and they have obtained FDA registration in the USA, which is one of the highest and most prestigious certificates globally, by the grace of Allah. They have also been licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and the General Food and Drug Administration, as well as the Ministries of Health in the countries we export to, such as Algeria, Oman, UAE, and Turkey, and soon, God willing, in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Of course, such a large project required me to specialize and study further to be able to manage and direct it. So, I obtained a higher diploma in filmmaking from the Australian Academy of Film, which is one of the largest academies in film education worldwide, and I graduated, by the grace of Allah, with an excellent grade. The goal of this certificate was to present this idea and this science at the highest international directorial level, addressing all people, not just Muslims, and carrying a sublime health message to them that Allah Almighty created them from dust, and from the elements of dust in balanced food, and by understanding this balance, they will restore the elements of their bodies, their balance, and their health, by the will of Allah.

Specialized certifications in business and project management in service of Al-Mizan Nutrition.

In addition, I obtained a specialized certificate in the International Labor Organization program in management, which includes strategic planning management, strategic marketing management, strategic human resource management, and strategic financial management. Also, by the grace and blessing of Allah, I obtained a certificate in Project Management from the Method Institute, which is one of the highest institutes in the region in this specialization.

Professional personal skills to serve Al-Mizan Nutrition.

And undoubtedly, such extensive expansions, by the grace of Allah Almighty, required significant development in personal skills to save time and effort and achieve proficiency, sincerity, and excellence in work. Therefore, I pursued specialized courses in speed reading and mind mapping management, as well as specialized courses in memory, memorization, and recall, in addition to achieving Level III, which is an expert level in human personality analysis through handwriting analysis. (First certificate in handwriting analysis), (Second certificate in handwriting analysis), (Third certificate in handwriting analysis).

And all of this is only by the grace, success, and guidance of Allah Almighty. We say nothing but "Praise be to Allah who has guided us to this, and we would not have been guided if Allah had not guided us." And "What Allah wills, there is no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great." And we ask that this project be a source of pride for us, a witness for us on the Day of Judgment before Allah, the Great, Lord of the Great Throne, and that He may whiten our faces on the Day when faces will be blackened, and that there may be benefit in it for people until the Day of Judgment. "He sends down from the sky water, and valleys flow according to their capacity, and the current carries a rising foam. And from that [ore] which they heat in the fire, desiring adornments or utensils, is a foam like it. Thus does Allah illustrate truth and falsehood. As for the foam, it vanishes, but as for that which benefits the people, it remains on the earth. Thus does Allah present examples. (17)" – Surah Ar-Ra'd.
